Although central, we are conveniently situated off the main road and within easy walking distance of the village high street, pubs, restaurants and just minutes from the open forest.
We are ideally situated for cycling, walking, horse riding or just relaxing.

Although our family B&B does not have en-suite facilities the bathroom on the first floor can be reserved for private use only.

Daily housekeeping is included in your room rate. As this is our home we are always here to welcome you and help with any enquiries you may have.

Main Guest Room
• Can either be used as a twin, double or family as there is both a double and single bed, together with tea and coffee facilities, washbasin and television.

Single/Second Guest Room
• With a 4’ bed, TV and tea and coffee facilities.

Bathroom on the first floor.
• Can be reserved for private use only.

Breakfast

Children are welcome over the age of 8 years. The Laurels is a no smoking home and we do not take dogs. There is driveway parking.

Directions to The Laurels B&B in Lyndhurst

By Car - from the M27, take Exit 1 signed New Forest/Lyndhurst/Cadnam , follow Lyndhurst signs/A337, about 4 miles. Take the last road on the left before the traffic lights.

Approaching from Southampton, follow the one-way system, keeping to the right bringing you back to the top of the High Street, keeping to the left-hand lane past the School and The Crown Hotel, turn left at the traffic lights and take 1st right into Wellands Road.

By Train – you can choose between Brockenhurst (approximately 4 miles) or Ashurst (approximately 2 miles). Both are on the London main line but Ashurst has no taxi facilities. Both stations are on the local bus route running to Lyndhurst.

By Bus – the number 6 from Southampton to Lymington passes through Lyndhurst every hour – please check time tables for current schedules. National Express coaches run daily and do stop in Lyndhurst.
